Thank you for all that you're doing.
Thank you so much.
Thank you.
Well good evening everybody.
It is a honor to be here tonight for the Star Awards.
What a fantastic evening.
And everybody looks so incredible.
So let's give it up for everybody at Inter Star for putting on such a great event this evening.
I want to begin by thanking all of our sponsors who put this event together.
And as a member of Congress, I get to go out and see a lot of businesses in our community, nonprofit organizations that are doing great work and also celebrate individual milestones.
But tonight, the event is very special because Inter Star is recognizing the dual impact that is going on in our community of honoring greatness and also building futures.
We are recognizing two different generations of leaders in our local community for their contributions to the arts.
We know that the arts happen at the intersection of creativity, hard work, passion, and inspiration.
Those that are here tonight being recognized artists, creators, influencers, teachers and others bring all of that to the fore every single day.
And we have a number of people that I'd like to recognize, and we have certificates for them.
We're going to see and hear about the great work they're doing in our local community.
We have Tony Ainsley, Jane Heft, Bart Cooper, King Moore, Jamal, David Lewis, and Anita Renee.
Let's give it up for all of the honorees this evening.
We also have a number of young trailblazers that are embarking on incredible journeys, and they are going to be recognized as well.
They're carrying out their talent, ambition and virtues right here in our local communities.
And we are so grateful that these young people are doing this work right here in the Lehigh Valley, because we know that what makes our community strong and so wonderful are the individual contributions and our creative artists.
They're the ones that set the tone for our generation.
So I just want to say thank you to all of you for being here this evening.
As we recognize trailblazers and these young individuals who are up and coming in our local community to Inner star and everybody involved.
Thank you and enjoy the evening.
Jason, are you here as well?
Just since.
All right, come on back up to the stage.
And one final thing we want to do is we also want to present an award to recognize you for all of your hard work.
So let's give it up for Jason.
How do I get a picture?
Right here?
We got.
So.
Just.
Go.
Let's fire!
Can you tell them to take the spotlight off of me?
Light, please.
Kill the spotlight on the.
On the ladder.
In the stars.
Are you ready?
Up!
Everything you see exists together in a delicate balance.
You need to understand that balance and respect all the creatures.
From the crawling and.
To the leaping antelope.
We are all connected in the great circle of life.
Something, about.
Me to you.
About beyond being me.
Let me, about.
Getting my vote.
And getting from, I have, I think, I see a lot of, my mother and me, I came in and my my being, I think whenever I think I'm looking, when I'm, I think I'm from.
The day we arrive on the planet and blinking.

That could ever be seen.
More to you than could.
Ever be done.
Is far too much to take.
Yeah.
Hey, What's up?
I think cut out for him now, with the sun rolling high on the sci fi on sky great and fog on the air, the price just goes up all over I. I need you to grow up.
To this day.

Let me tell you something.
My father told me I could see more of your.
Really?
Let me look at the stars.
Still not hold you down.
The great kings of the past.
Look down on us from the stars.
See below.

So.
Whenever you feel alone.
Just remember those kings will always be up there to guide you.

A shining new era is to going live.
And where do we fit you?
Just listen to teacher.
I know it sounds sordid, but you all get rewarded when at last I care for my dues and injustice deliciously.

Be prepared.
Yeah.
Be prepared.
Yeah.
Well, be prepared.
For what?
For the death of the King.
I see Isaac, and for we're going to kill.
Similar to an idea.

It was an accent that I didn't.
Mean for it to happen.

Of course you didn't.
No one ever means for these things to happen.
But the king is dead.
And if it weren't for you, you'd still be alive.
What will your mother think?
What am I going to do?
Runaways.
Some run.
Run away and never return.
Oh.
Kill him!
Who are you?
I know exactly who I am.
The question is, who are you?
I'm nobody, so leave me alone, all right?
Everybody is somebody.
Even and nobody.
Yeah, I think you're confused.
I am confused, you don't even know who you are.
Oh, and I suppose you do follow me.
I will show you.
If you feel insignificant, you better think again and wake up.
Because you're part of something bigger.
You're part of something way bigger.
Not just a speck in the universe.
Not just some words in the Bible verse.
You are the living word.
You're part of something way bigger.
Bigger than you, bigger than me, bigger than the picture they framed us to see.
But now we see it.
And it ain't no secret.

You'll be the tree.
That's all the fruit that was given to me.
Love the seed.

Way bigger than.
Us.
Oh.
As king, I was most proud of one thing.
Having you as my son.
But I. I never left you.

We are super grateful to have him here with us.
Put your hands together right now for Congressman Ryan Mackenzie.
Well, thank you for that kind introduction.
And as we started just before the beginning of this program, we talked about the incredible honorees that we are going to be recognizing this evening, six individuals who bring their creative talents to us, not only here in the Lehigh Valley, but across the country.
We are also going to be recognizing six individuals who are up and coming, who are going to be the bright stars of our future.
And so we know again, that our creative artists and the generation to come is what is going to make our community and our country so great.
So I want to say thank you, Tarja, for being here and all of our honorees.
Congratulations on this incredible accomplishment.
And enjoy the evening.
Thank you so much, Congressman McKenzie.
Okay.
Well, let's get started with our first honoree tribute video.
And it's for none other than Mr.
Tony I. Anelli.
Tony Anelli.
For more than 26 years, Tony Anelli has been the driving force behind one of the most dynamic and influential business organizations in the nation, the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce.
Through his bold leadership and unwavering vision, Tony transformed the chamber from 700 members to over 4000, making it one of the largest chambers in the United States.
But his influence reaches far beyond boardrooms and business deals.
As the host of the Emmy nominated television show Business Matters.
Tony has become a trusted voice across the region, sparking conversations that bridge business, culture and community.
Okay, guys, I'm gonna need a really big welcome.
I need you to help me.
Welcoming to the stage Mr.
Tony Anelli, the president and CEO of the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce.
Who?
I don't even know what to say.
Here.
Are you are you are absolutely amazing.
This this whole.
Am I right?
Is she amazing?
Is this unbelievable?
You should get an award for president or person of the year.
But you're just phenomenal.
And this is so.
I just want to be real quick and say thank you.
I was thinking, what would I say?
And I can't rehearse anything.
So I've got to say what's in my heart.
And that is real quickly, like all of you, I've had ups and I've had downs and my ups and my downs.
And as I just said, I've had an incredible career.
28 years at the chamber, the TV show, iHeart radio, columnist, I think I brag and I'm, I brag on not anyway, but but I just want but I just want to say, I like you all.
Like all of us, too.
I've had the downs, and I'm not the poster child for any religion.
I'm good with whatever everybody wants.
But I found a Bible verse about five years ago, and it was humble yourself under God's mighty hand, that he may lift you up in his time.
And he is.
Amen.
And he has lifted me up more than I ever dreamed.
And I just want to thank you.
And I just want to say to all of you, in the remaining three years that I have at the chamber, not in life, but at the chamber.
I just want to do it with love.
And I've met so many incredible people.
You have all loved me.
I just want to love you back.
And I just want to do good things and spread as much love as I can.
So thank you so much.
Thank you for this award.
I don't even want to say I'm.
Thank you God.
Thank you.
All right.
I got a job to do yet.
Here we go.
I'm going to just.
I'm going to be good at that.
I can tell you I'm not a good reader.
I went to William Allen High School, by the way.
I just want to mention that.
And they were good to me.
Yeah.
All right.
The the.
I can't believe that I'm saying this.
The Tony I know a youth Trailblazer award to a young man whose talent and leadership already shines bright.
Darren Roberson is a gifted dancer, model, actor, step coach whose creativity, discipline and passion inspires so many people his peers, his community.

Come on up and get your reward.
Darren, where are you?
Hello.
Thank you to all those who voted for me.
And, I'm not too sure what to say, but, Let's see.
If I can do it, you can do it.
And if you dream to be the person that you want to be, keep striving to.
Be that.
Person.
And and if you want to put on, like, an outfit you never put on, but you're afraid that someone is going to say something about it, do it.
Be you and be you for yourself.
Thank you.
Oh, that was beautiful.
You guys can do better than that.
That's our first trailblazer Award.
Our first youth trailblazer award of the night.
Thank you.
Congratulations to you both.
That was amazing.
All right, guys, say that again so everybody can hear.
Way to go, Darren.
All right, so next, guys, we're moving on to our People's Choice Awards.
Now these are important because the community has voted for these categories.
The first group we're going to show is our film filmmaker and photography.

You are doing an immaculate job.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Let's give it up for Joseph.
I got to give all glory and honor to my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, because I would not be here without him.
I started here, I started this process on a laptop, trying to figure this out.
And I learned everything on YouTube.
And now this is award number four.

Listen, first and foremost, as the last brother say congratulations to you as well.
I want to give a shout out to my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ because like he said, without God, nothing is possible.
The gentleman said earlier, he don't want to be the poster child.
I'll take it from y'all.
Be the poster child.
Without God, nothing is possible.
Saying I just want to say, phenomenal job.
You're really, really, doing something different within the Tri-State.
And from what you did from the first year to the second year, I've seen a growth in, you know, a little I make a quick story.
I met Joseph in my first acting journey, and she was acting at our, one of our first auditions together.
So to be able to watch her from where she's come from, from our first audition to doing something like this is.
It's just a testament to what she's doing.
And I know there's a lot of wonderful and powerful men in this room, but right now, I want to give a round of applause to all the powerful woman that's in the room as well.
So let's wrap it up for that.
Before I leave you guys, I, I'll be remiss if I don't say this.
Me and my wife, we run a, a husband and wife production company.
And none of this will be possible without her.
So right here, baby, I just want to give you a shout out.
Thank you so much.
Thank you for pushing me.
Me pushing you.
And, without this, this wouldn't be possible.
So I want to thank everybody for supporting me.
And I want to thank.
All the other nominees that's in the category.
And everybody knows that was runners up and everybody to come.
Thank you so much.
To God be the glory.
Thank you.
Okay guys.

And the award for photographer videographer goes to Alexander Espino.
Okay, yeah.
Wow.
I can't believe this.
Feels like I'm dreaming.
So, honestly, I'm running on just a few hours of sleep, so I prepared a speech.
First and foremost, I want to say how grateful I am for, to be standing here and think in a star for this incredible honor.
It means so much to be recognized by an organization that uplifts and empowers artists.
To everyone I've had the privilege to work with over the years.
Thank you.
Your collaboration, trust, and support have been the foundation of media success.
Every late night, every challenge and even the moments of doubt from others have all been worth it.
Building a business in the creative industry isn't easy, but with passion and persistence, it's possible.
I look forward to getting to know more of you here tonight and watching us all continue to grow and flourish on our creative journeys.
This award just isn't a reflection of my journey.
It's a celebration of all of us pushing boundaries and dreaming big.
Thank you.
Awesome guys.
Congratulations.
Okay, so now this next award I have the honor of presenting on behalf of the Lehigh Valley Public Media, home of PBS 39.
They are also one of our sponsors here tonight.
So thank you.
Yes yes, yes.
So I had the pleasure of meeting this next honoree on the way here.
He's ten years old.
He's a phenomenal talent.
And please watch this video to see why he's considered royalty and why he goes by King.
So please turn on it for our next honoree.
King.
More King.
More.
Youth entertainer, recording artist and actor.
King more was born to perform at just three years old.
He discovered music videos on YouTube and instantly knew the stage was where he belonged.
On his fifth birthday, he reminded his parents of that dream, declaring, I'm ready to start performing.
And he hasn't stopped since.
By age seven.
King released his debut single, Big Dreams, followed quickly by Pen Game, showcasing lyrical talent, catchy hooks and undeniable charisma, and using creativity to inspire change, making him a perfect honoree for Inner Stars youth trailblazer recognition.
Keep it going and keep it going for our next Trailblazer Award winner.
King.
More.
Welcome.
Wow.
Hello, everybody.
My name is King Moore, and I'm an actor, singer, dancer and a recording artist.
First, I want to thank God because none of this would be possible without his guidance.
Second, I would like to take this time to recognize and thank any star for this amazing award.
Third, I would like to give a huge shout out to my incredible parents.
Thank you so much for believing in me and I love you.
So according to my calculations, mathematically kids make up 50% of the population, but we are 100% in the future.
And my goal is to inspire the next generation and show you that anything is possible is when you believe in yourself and put in the work.
So kids always remember to follow your dreams.
Never give up.
Practice, practice, practice and always have a great team that will help you grow and learn.
Thank you.
This is for you.
Don't leave.
You have to give the next award.
Okay?
Right.
Do we see why he's an honoree?
Right?
So before you leave the stage.
Kimura, I need you to give the next award to our Youth Trailblazer Award.

You never give up on me and you have never left since then.
To my sister, Adele.
I love you, girl.
You are not a sister.
You are a true definition of what a true friend means.
And I appreciate you so much for always being there with me through it all.
And to my children, thank you for choosing me to be your mother.
In my darkest time, those days when I talk about choice, I told life wasn't treating me fair.
The only thing I could think of.
How could you leave your kids on this earth with.
I am mother.
After struggling with not having your own mother and being a motherless child all your life, how could you?
But God.
God told me it wasn't over.
He said, this is just the beginning.
Of a great.
Moment to come.
I, I need to.
I love you more than anything in this.
To have you guys who has so caught out on you.
They're.
Thank you for supporting me.

Man in the mirror.
But I'm asking him to change the way the girl messes up in any way.

Randy, Randy and Randy.
Hey, now that song.
Has been stuck in my head all week.
Oh my goodness.
I just wanted to really quickly, just really heartfelt thank you to United Way greater Lehigh Valley, just for all the continued support and love for being our presenting sponsor.
Now, they were not expecting this, but I just wanted to really give this award to United Way.
Rivera.
Jose, I think he's going to come up and collect it.
And give it up.
For Jose, who was also one of our community Leaders honoree.
You gotta hit us where you got to go.
All right.
Wow.
It is right up here.
On behalf of United Way, we'd like to thank you, because nothing is possible without the support from our communities.
And we do nothing without hearing and listening to you and trying to unify our communities.
Thank you.
And without further ado, we put our attention to the screen for our next honoree, Jane Heft.
For more than a decade, Jane Heft has been the creative heartbeat of the Lehigh Valley, shaping the visual and cultural landscape of the region.
As vice president and design director of City Center Group development.
A true visionary, Jane has led the design and branding of landmark destinations including the Pell Center, Miller Symphony Hall, Archer Music Hall, and the Moxy Hotel, bringing art, architecture and innovation together to redefine the skyline of downtown Allentown.
Jane Heft embodies what it means to be a trailblazer.
A woman who dreams in color, builds with purpose, and leaves beauty wherever she goes.
So please help me in welcoming to the stage our honoree Trailblazer Award for Miss Jane Heft.
Wow, what a very cool night.
I have to tell you.
This is one of my most prized designs.
Like doing the Allentown revitalization.
What is this, arch or music hall?
This was, yesterday.
We just won an award for project of the year in the Lehigh Valley, which was amazing.
And you know what?
What I love the most is that it gives opportunity because it's a smaller venue.
It's not like people.
So it gives opportunity to, you know, newer musicians and startups.
And, and I'm just I'm so thankful to Jason and, and, you know, this program because if we haven't had a program that just honored people that were about expression, you know, there's always been, you know, you know, I was on the Arts commission.
We always had beautiful like, arts ceremonies, but not that spread out.
That was more, you know, that people went into just other things besides physical art that went more to like modeling and that kind of stuff, that there's a lot of art that is not that.
And, you know, I'm, I'm very lucky and blessed to have a lot of people around me at my table.
It's not just my family, it's my mentor, Deborah Minsky.
It's my coworker Maddie, who makes me smile every day.
But my family, my daughter, my sister, my mother and father.
I'm so happy to be here.
And I have to just say, there's a couple things that I want to talk about to, especially to the youth and growing up as an artist about expression.
And I want to talk about something that meant a lot to me.
And there are different things that came about from these people in my family.
And, my father was a 17 time award winner in Pennsylvania for a safety education, the most creative safety that he was able to get kindergartners to sit down and listen to safety education roles.
And it was, you know, it was a great thing.
He won the Governor's Award.
So he taught me that you need to love what you do as you artists.
If you don't love, if you love what you do, you will never work a day in your life.
And that's it's so true, you know?
No matter if you're nonprofit and artist, if you absolutely love, you will never work.
And you know, this is funny.
My sister said something to me once because you know, these things coming in and fads coming in and people coming into your life.
And she says everything will be, in your life for a season or a reason.
So it was basically it was telling me, like slapping my head like, get over a Jane, like, know that you're right, okay?
There in your life for a season or a reason.
And it all makes sense.
I'm not going to feel bad about anything.
And the one thing that I have to say, that was the most important thing, that any that I've ever read was, from the Four Agreements and some of you probably heard this.
And as an artist, this stuck because an artist has to deal with criticism their whole life.
I mean, you have to deal with criticism more than anything.
You know, somebody that's working in finance or anything.
Everything has very much rules around it.
But as an artist and your expression and people don't realize that this is your heart and everything you're pouring into it.
And so the for agreement says when you when somebody offers criticism to you or says something to you that you need to, look at it, that is not an expression at all on you or what you've done.
It's a complete expression on the person that said it to you and what they grew up with in their own beliefs.
So what if somebody criticizes you?
You can never take it personally because it has nothing to do with you.
It has to do with how they grew up and their beliefs.
And that's something that stuck in me maybe 15, 20 years ago.
I read that and since then I have never got upset.
I hear my noise coming, but I want to just thank everybody and it was so great to be here.
And I love being here with all of you and good luck for everybody.
Oh, so before you leave, Jane, I need you to present the Youth Trailblazer Award.
Okay, here we go.
Okay.
Oh, this is nice.
The Jane Half Trailblazers blazer award.
Youth presented to Nora Rivera.
Oh, bummer that she's not here.
Is she?
Here?
Coming.
Okay, here we go.
She's got a game.
I know right now.
This.
I just want to say thank you to God and Jesus and my mom and dad and all those people that follow me and I just want to say I love you, mom and dad.
That's a sweet.
All right, if y'all still with me, say, yeah.
Okay.
You know, we're up here.
We literally.
It's like, you see nothing.
So I need that energy.
I love it, I love it, okay, okay, okay.
Y'all with me I appreciate that.
So we're going to keep this thing rolling.

Hi, guys.
I was not expecting to win because every single guy in that category puts in work.
Every single one round of applause for everybody else.
But since I'm here.
I'd like to firstly start off by obviously thanking the creator.
We all call the creator something different.
But at the end of the day, they are the reason that we are here.
So thank you creator.
Number two, I would like to thank my family, my mom, my sisters, my brothers.
Without them and their undying support, I wouldn't be here.
I would not be able to get here without a vehicle, without them.
So thank you.
Number three, I have to thank my Lehigh Valley Fashion Week and Nepa Fashion Week family, all of you.
You guys welcomed me in with open arms my first year as a photographer for three.
And from there it's just blossomed.
So thank you very much.
And for those of you that know me, you probably know what's coming next today, all across the world, no kings protests.
We do not have a king in America.
We take care of each other in America.
We welcome different cultures here in America, okay?
And I don't care who thinks that they can do or say whatever they want.
We run this.
We, the people.
Okay, so I'm going to keep this really short.
At the end of the day, the man's got to go get out and vote.
In November we have elections.
Vote Democrat.
We need to protect our people.
Okay?
Love each other.
Take care of each other.
Be kind to each other.
Love you.
Take each day.
Take what I know when I go.
Oh, I don't know.
Okay, guys.
So we have another performer for you.
But I need y'all to say something.
Say God can and God did for this next one.
I was super inspired by his story.
He was supposed to be here last year.
Unfortunately, he got into a really bad car accident.
His job was wired shut, but now he is a walking miracle and he is about to perform.
So I'll start the applause right now.
Start the applause right now for the reals.
Ali Zam!
Dua!
Okay, one minute.
I'm a man with the Atlas.
Check mission.
Get money, make money.
That's not what I asked for.

I got a pass.
I make it into the weekend.
I feel like the quarterback could be full.
Of course.
Can quarterback do work?
No more for you?
More than that.
Talk about a rap sheet for the rap.
So dance to the man he wants you to tap tap in.
I'm trying to be doing the math before the game.
I change up and change my ways.
I hit save, you say that's what trading the phrase back and forth.
I'm going up with this one.
So you just beat it without so know how you're feeling.
You.
I want to say no more.

I hear celebrities up in what ways they die before me.
And since the stands is a rereleasing, the men that maybe try to blow.

They got me like you don't know me.
Put that you like.
You don't know the enemy coming on the back of old man I don't know, maybe we'll go get us up here with the pull.

Hey, man, I think I see that, turn your attention to the screen as we recognize our next honoree, Mr.
Bart Cooper.
Bart Cooper, born in Buchanan, Liberia, Bart Cooper discovered his love for art at an early age, capturing the beauty and chaos of the world around him through color, movement and emotion.
At just six years old, he fled the Liberian Civil War and began a new life in America, carrying with him not only memories of home, but a vision to turn pain into purpose.
Today, Bart stands as one of the most inspiring visual artists of his generation, blending the richness of his African heritage with Western influences to create a style uniquely his own.
His work bridges worlds traditional and modern, spiritual and human, exploring themes of identity, resilience and love featured in galleries nationwide and celebrated in Forbes, LA weekly and The Washington Post.
Bart's creations are more than art.
They are conversations with the soul beyond the canvas.
He is a mentor and advocate, using his platform to inspire the next generation of artists and thinkers.
As Bart Cooper himself says, I am a creator put here to challenge growth and share the message of love through every brushstroke.
He continues to heal, to teach and to remind the world that art is not just seen, it is felt.
Put your hands together for our Inner Star Trailblazer Award.
Mr.
Bart Cooper.
And his lovely sister will be here to accept his behalf.
Good evening everyone.
Thank you for that reception.
Jason and the Inner Star Organization, I just want to thank you so much for inviting me to represent my brother.
I just want to tell you something before we get started.
I have been warming up to get as energized and turnt up as every other recipient here on this stage.
But my brother is watching and he is reserved and he warned me to relax.
So that's exactly what I'm going to be doing.
And also because this award means so much to him.
So I have some words that I am going to read.
My brother says, good evening everyone.
First and foremost, I want to say how truly honored I am to receive this recognition as a Trailblazer Honoree, though I'm not able to be there with you in person tonight.
Please know that my heart, my gratitude, and my spirit are with you, are with you all in this room.
I want to begin by giving thanks to God for his guidance, his grace, and his timing.
I also want to thank my family, my father, the late Victor Cooper, who I first saw drawing when I was only three years old and who sparked the artistic fire within me.
My mother, Mary, for her constant words of encouragement that carried me through the tough times.
And my sister Victoria.
That's me.
For always being a cheerleader in my corner.
So my incredible aunties, including Beatrice, mumble marvel numbly or say puny and dowdy.
Your love, wisdom and strength have been a guiding light in my life and to all my supporters, friends, collectors and believers who have walked with me through this journey.
I thank you deeply.
This award isn't just mine.
It belongs to every person who has encouraged me, challenged me, and helped me grow.
My mission as an artist has always been to use my work as a bridge to empower, to inspire and to remind others of the greatness already within them.
Every painting, every project, every stroke of color is a reflection of that purpose.
As I continue this journey, I'm especially excited about my upcoming Bridge Artist Residency in Liberia, a program I'm developing to connect artists from the diaspora with those on the continent to share culture, knowledge and opportunities and to strengthen creative unity across borders.
Receiving this honor reminds me that our work is never just about us.
It's about what we give, who we uplift, and how we connect.
Thank you to the Inner Star Organization for this recognition.
And to everyone in this room believing in the power of purpose.
I am humbled, inspired, and deeply grateful with love and gratitude by Cooper and he is watching.
Our whole family is watching.
So congratulations by the.
Board for you.
So, in true fashion of everything we've been doing tonight, the honoree obviously gets to present an award to their Youth Trailblazer Award.
So on behalf of Mark Cooper, the Trailblazer Award for the youth is presented to, Kyla Ury.
If she or someone representative of her can come up.
Is anyone here representing Kyla?
That's okay.
We have no problem making sure we get this award to her.
We will accept it on her behalf.
Everybody please give it up for Kyla during.
All right.
We'll keep this thing moving on.
The next People's Choice Trailblazer Award category is going to be visual, artist and literary.
So please take a moment to look at the screen.
Okay.
The People's Choice visual artist nominees are Anthony Smith, Kyle Edwards, Michael Freeman, Lisa McDonald and twice his heart designs.
Okay.
And the Inner Star Trailblazer Visual Artists award goes to twice as hard designs.
But better yet.
Love you back.
Love you back.
I want to give an honor to God thanking our Lord.
And Savior.
Jesus Christ.
Thank you, Justin for this platform and honoring all of these artists tonight.
Special thanks to Asante Art Gallery and Serene Melody.
Of course.
My son said mom a couple of years ago, I want to sell my art and pretty much I said, son, say less.
From there, we started twice as hard designs.
We began with a vision to sell merch that develop into fashion, that told story, stories of culture.
Identity and resilience.
We wanted our designs to speak for the people, to the people.
Now standing here tonight as a visual artist, trailblazer of the year, it's a blessing and it's proof that hard work, faith and purpose can't be denied to our community, our.
Customers, and everyone who voted.
This belongs to you.
You helped build this movement.
You believed in the message behind every design, every sneaker, every pattern, every piece of art.
And through this journey, we didn't just find a community, we found a family.
To my family, my friends, and a special shout out to the models that work for us and with and with us and everyone who has poured love and support into this dream.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
You.
All right, guys, moving right along to our next category is our literary artist category.
And the nominees for that is Felicia Ty Heath.

I was just.
I won the first pageant of Lehigh Valley Fashion Week.
Plus, that was me, and I kept it going.
But this book, Mimi's.
Closet, I brought my book with me.
This little Mimi, means so much to me.
I lost my sister five years ago from lupus, and I didn't know.
I won't give a sad.
Story, but it's not sad to.
I didn't know if I could keep going.
It was during Covid.
And she has been my angel the whole.
Way.
And I wrote this book during that time.
And she has come to me even in.
My dreams and said, keep going, keep going.
And this is a true, true story.
About how your will, you don't have nothing left.
And God is.
Good and God is great.
I must say this all day my mom is not even here.
She'd be screaming right now, Shirley, but she's not.
Here.
I know Shirley, but my.
Sister and I dedicate.
This to.
Her.
And little Mimi is a rapper.
Cool of me and now me as the woman that I have become.
I don't even need a microphone.
That's how much.
My voice is.
And I'm so happy haha.
I really am so happy for this mommy because this book.
Means so much to me.
And it's this not just a book.
It's going to be a series is it's so much I was a little Mimi, so I know I got the music.
I hear the music.
But thank you, thank you, my young.
Model, my.
Girl.
Because everybody out there who have.

Mimi has a fashion line.
But making my sister I love you.
Thank you for this.
This is.
This is for.
You.
This is for you.
Thank you.
I love you.
Oh.
That's what you love.
To see that level of gratitude for a winner, I love it, I love it.
Okay, guys.
So now is the most important part of the evening.
And this is where we thank our sponsors.
Everybody say thank you okay I love that.
So on each of your table there should be a QR code.
And that's for you to scan and for you to donate to a star.
Keep in mind Any Star is a 501 C3 nonprofit organization, so you can use that donation as a write off.
But we need each and every one of you.
This is think of it this way.
This is the part of the night where we take all of this love in the room, all of this creativity, all of this energy, and we set it up to pour back into the next generation of youth trailblazers.
Because when you dream big, it takes support.
When you dream bold, it takes community.
And when you dare to dream endless, it takes all of us, every single one of us.
So we need you.
We need you to scan the QR code.
We need you to donate.
There's nothing that's too small.
We absolutely, absolutely need that so we can continue with the work that we're doing here tonight.
We can continue giving out these awards.
We continue being a highlight of all of these artists that's graced the stage tonight.
Are y'all with me?
Come on, are we talking about giving?
Now turn to your neighbor and say I'ma give.
Okay, okay.
That was a little better than before.
The guys, we need you for this, okay?
Thank you so much.
This is what a star does.
We're here for the community.
We're here for all ages.
Have you seen people from all ages come up here?
That's one thing that I love about it.
You can dream big dream bold.
Dream endless.
This organization is special for me.
The name of my company is the Dream is Real.
Because I always want to believe that anything that I set my mind to, anything that I want to dream, that dream can become a reality as long as I continue to believe.
So.
I need your belief in what we're doing so that we can continue to do what we do within our star.
Thank you guys so much.
And to our sponsors.
We could not do this night without you.
I know you are aware of that, but we definitely wanted to just take this time out of the program, take a moment and say thank you.
Your generosity is not overlooked, your love is appreciated and the kindness and everything that you've done not only for this organization and also showing up here tonight means the world to us.
So thank you so very much.
We need you guys to donate and we appreciate you.
Thank you.
All right.
So we have our next honoree.
Our next honoree video that we're going to be playing is for Miss Wanita Renee.
So please take a look.
Juanita Renee.
Born and raised in Allentown, Pennsylvania, Juanita Rene discovered her passion for the arts and music at a young age.
Through her church.
Where her voice first became a vessel of faith, healing, and hope.
Juanita pursued her degree in theater arts through sheer determination, proving that faith and perseverance can transform dreams into destiny beyond the spotlight.
She is the founder of Jay Gray Productions, Inc.
and Lay The Foundation, Inc., two organizations committed to using the arts as a force for education, empowerment, and change, bringing creative opportunities to children who need it most.
Guided by her unwavering faith, I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.
Okay guys, so we have a special presenter here for this particular honoree.
And we're really excited to have him.
So please help me give it up for Haskell Cordova.
Good evening everyone.
I am honored to, be asked to present this award to Anita Renee.
I got to know Anita, for the first time when we worked, in a play called The Color Purple, I played her dysfunctional husband, who was complicated and had a redeeming quality about himself.
And to know one, Nita is to laugh at Juanita because she's just so funny.
She's just so funny.
You're not laughing at her.
You were just laughing because of her.
She just brings joy to whatever she puts her hand to.
And without any further ado, let's bring her up.
When.
Rene.
Congratulations.
How y'all doing?
I need y'all to say.
Hey, Nita.
That's what I'm talking about.
I just want us to give a quick thank you to Jason.
I love you so much.
Thank you so much to the entire star.
Family.
To my to my family.
And to all the creatives in the room.
I just want to just encourage you all.
This path is not easy.
And I just want to leave y'all with this.
Hold on just a little while longer.
Hold on just a little while longer.
Hold on just a little while longer.
Because everything will be all right.
I said everything will be all right.

He is golden.
And as the light is amplified by his presence.
Earth's flowing fountains race to feel his essence.
Mountains bend to appease his will.
Trees dance to celebrate his honor.
Flowers bloom for his light brings them joy.
Love flows freely through like a needle.
And time poked right through a young king blessed by God Himself to create.
Effortlessly sowing the fabric of humanity together.
Stitch by stitch to match his vision of glamor.
Melanin setting deep in the skeleton, heaven in the skin like medicine to the soul.
An element of elegance.
The essence of gold.
Black excellence.
His black diamond armor molded from divine design.
Created to be honored in this life.
In this time, people line up to await his word.
Walk fiercely.
Walk free.
Walk with your head held high.
Now his people stretched across the stage, dressed in colors and fabrics made with purpose and passion.
His soldiers don't carry guns.
No, they carry ideas as he carries passionate energy to spark their revolution.
Inspired by the beats and the rhythms, energy.

I wanted to be successful in my personal life and successful in my business, and for me, my level of made it my level of success.
